1) Mindset

Don't chase trends for the sake of being on trend

Decipher what actually works for you and your lifestyle. You're way more likely to wear what you feel comfortable and confident in, and if that happens to be on trend, great! But don't be afraid to forge your own path. Style that's truly yours will always outlast whatever's having a moment.

2) Neutrals and Accessories

Metallics and animal prints are neutrals. (this is a two-for!) Build your base, then add one statement piece. Stop treating gold, silver, and animal print like things that need to be tamed. They pair with almost everything and make the perfect no-brainer base. Layer in mixed metals as your everyday foundation, then let just one piece do the talking: a bold ring, a colorful earring, or a standout bag. One focal point is always more powerful than five.

3) Pattern Mixing

The trick to pattern mixing: find one shared color and go for it!

When mixing prints, look for items that share at least one color and let that be your anchor. It creates visual interest without feeling chaotic, and makes even bold pattern combinations look completely intentional.

4) Color

Don't be afraid to mix colors. Intimidated? Start with primaries

Color mixing can feel intimidating, but starting with primary colors keeps it grounded. Red, yellow, blue. Once you're comfortable, layering in complementary or unexpected pairings like pink or green becomes second nature.

5) Styling

Dress up/dress down- let structure meet movement

The most interesting outfits live in contrast. Pair a sweatshirt with a silk skirt, or athletic pants with a sharp blazer. When something structured meets fluidity, the tension between the two makes a look feel effortless and cool.
